The Committee on Judicial Policy recognized the draft law on amendments to article 5 of the Law “On court’s fee” re insurance of justness when employees refer to a court concerning cases arising from labour relations, as non-contradicting to provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 3724) was elaborated in order to restore justness when paying a court fee connected with referring to a court with claims about recovery of wages.

Particularly it is suggested to supplement the current law with provision, according to which, applicants – for submitting claims to the debtor after initiation of a bankruptcy case, as well as after a note of the debtor’s bankruptcy – will be exempt from paying a court fee.
